What a journey it has been as we started pressing in to how we can help the orphans in the town of Hosanna. The statistics are staggering every year as Government officials plead with us to help one of their greatest needs... the countless orphans. We have strategically hand picked 300 orphans in Hosanna to be in a Sponsorship Program. We have known the World Wide Organization, Hope Chest for may years. We knew that this was a partnership we needed to pursue with our children in Hosanna.
So in August of 2012, with the help and blessing of our church Hosanna! We launched a Child Sponsorship for our 300 children. In just two days we had every one of the kids sponsored. This was remarkable not only to us, but the Hope Chest staff, our Church and all those involved as we watched people turn passion into purpose. We are so grateful for the partnerships of the congregation. A coming together, a Bridging "From Hosanna to Hosanna." 
We are also grateful for the hope Chest Team and staff both in Colorado and in Ethiopia that have made this a community to community effort. We are blessed to partner with an organization like Hope Chest who allows this to be a close connection between child and sponsor. Writing letters to each other by computer, and getting updates, keeping up with the needs of the children and helping us look at the needs of the community as a whole.One of the best things is that we are able to bring teams every year to Hosanna. This gives our sponsors the opportunity to see their sponsored child in person, or see others who have been there and able to love on their child. It has been a beautiful progress to watch the blessings flow both ways. Hosanna! to Hosanna. Thank you Jesus!
